TenMinuteLabs services may integrate with third-party platforms including Meta and WhatsApp. Use of those platforms remains subject to their respective terms, policies, and technical requirements.
Where our services process business communications, including WhatsApp messages, the customer is responsible for obtaining any consent required by applicable law and platform policies.
TenMinuteLabs applies reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information processed by its systems. Customers remain responsible for the security of their own accounts, credentials, devices, and authorized users.
We aim to maintain reliable services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of systems that depend on internet connectivity, infrastructure providers, APIs, or third-party platforms.
TenMinuteLabs retains rights to its software, automation architecture, workflows, system designs, documentation, and other proprietary technology, except where otherwise agreed in writing.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, TenMinuteLabs is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from third-party service interruptions, unauthorized use, inaccurate customer-provided information, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
These Terms may be updated as our services, legal requirements, or platform requirements change. The current version will be published on this page.
