Please include enough information for us to identify the relevant data, such as:

Your name
The phone number or business contact associated with the service
The TenMinuteLabs service or application involved
A clear statement that you are requesting deletion of your data

Verification

We may request reasonable verification before processing a deletion request to protect users against unauthorized requests.

Processing

After verification, TenMinuteLabs will review and process the request within a reasonable period. Certain information may be retained where required for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, contractual requirements, or legitimate audit purposes.

Third-Party Platforms

Deleting information from TenMinuteLabs systems does not automatically delete information independently retained by third-party platforms such as Meta or WhatsApp. Requests concerning those platforms may also need to be submitted directly to the relevant provider.
